Terms
Version 2026-10-20In force from 20 Oct 2026
Read the earlier version (2026-10-15)
The terms for buying from N01, the shop run by Kuldra Capital AB.
In short
- You buy a product at a fixed price and get real trading cards, drawn from the published pool and odds shown when you open it. The pool and its odds can change with the market between purchase and opening.
- Our service fee is 10% of the price, VAT included. Trading a card in has no fee and gives its full N01 value from level 5, 90% of it before.
- Your account's level comes from the real money it spends with us, and it opens modes and some packs. Every mode has the same average, with its own minimum value and its own top card.
- You can cancel an unopened product within 14 days. Before a product is opened, you confirm that it opens at once and that the right of withdrawal then ends for it: at checkout, or later when you open it.
- Deposited funds can be refunded to your card. Store credit can't be paid out; it never expires, except welcome store credit, which ends after the days stated with the offer.
- Shipping opens once your account has spent €20 of real money.
- Singles are cards you choose and buy at a fixed price. You can cancel or return them as the Withdrawal and refunds page says.
01Who we are
N01 is run by Kuldra Capital AB, Skeppsbron 28, 111 30 Stockholm, Sweden, company number 559523-1340, VAT number SE559523134001. You can reach us at support@n01.gg. Questions about your personal data go to privacy@n01.gg. Our company details are at the end of these terms.
"We" and "us" in these terms mean that company. "You" means the person who holds the account. These terms apply to every purchase you make on N01, together with the documents they point to: Withdrawal and refunds, Shipping and delivery, the Daily Drop rules, and the odds on each product page. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy and the cookie notice.
02What we sell
We sell digital packs of real trading cards. You pay a fixed price in euros, open the product when you choose, and get real cards that are yours. Every card is a Near Mint English copy. We never pay out money for a card, and what you get is always a card.
- Single-card packs and Pulls give one card. The card is drawn from the product's pool at the odds on its page.
- Packs give five cards: one main card, drawn at the odds on the pack's page, and four base cards from a separate pool of lower-value cards, each equally likely and never the same card twice in one Pack.
Each product page shows the price, how many cards you get, every card in the pool with its N01 value, and the chance of each one. Our pages also show the value bands and their tiers (Common to Mythic). A tier is a name for how a card's value compares with the price of the product it came from, so the same card can have different tiers in different products.
The product page is the description of what you buy. Pictures of packs, cartridges and card backs are our own design and show the product's level, not its contents.
03Your account
You need an account to buy, open, trade in or ship. To open one you give an email address and a password, confirm that you are 18 or older, and accept these terms. A bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs on the sign-up and sign-in pages.
You must be 18 or older. We record your confirmation when you confirm your email address. We may ask you to show your age later. If an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and refund what was paid for it.
One account per person. An account is personal: don't share it, sell it or hand it over. People in the same household may each have their own account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
N01 is not available in Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia and Syria: we don't take a payment made from there or with a card or billing address there, and we don't ship there. Anywhere else you can buy when our payment provider accepts your payment. We ship to the 27 member states of the European Union, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway and the United States. Your account takes its country from your first payment (your billing address, else your card); to change it, contact us.
Your account gets an automatic display name ("Collector" and a number). It may be shown next to your pulls in the latest pulls feed. You can switch to Anonymous on your account page at any time.
04Levels and modes
Your level. Your account has a level, which comes only from the real money it has spent on products bought at full price or in a bundle, counted as for opening shipping below: card payments and deposited funds, a bundle at what you paid for it. It is counted in XP: every €1 gives 10 XP. Store credit, points, discount codes and deposits you haven't spent give your level nothing, and a refund or a dispute takes back what its payment gave and can lower your level.
Modes. Many products are sold in more than one mode: Rookie, Safe, Standard and Wild. Each mode is its own product, with its own published pool and odds on its page. In every mode the odds-weighted average N01 value of what you get equals the card part, as the Prices section says. The modes differ in their spread: each has its own minimum value, as the Prices section says, and its own most valuable card, both shown on the product page.
What your level opens. Some modes and some products open only from a given level, which the product page shows. You can buy a product only in a mode your level opens. A product you have bought opens as it was bought, whatever your level is later.
Level points. Reaching a level also gives points, as the wallet section below says.
05Prices, fees and VAT
Every price is in euros, includes VAT and is the same in every country we sell to. Nothing is added at checkout.
A price has two parts: the card part, which pays for the cards, and our service fee. The service fee is 10% of the price, with 25% VAT included in it, and the card part is 90%. The checkout and your order show the card part, the fee without VAT and the VAT on it.
We earn the same fee whichever card you get. In every paid product, the odds-weighted average N01 value of what you get equals the card part, to the cent; for a Pack, that is the N01 value of its five cards together. It is an average over many products, not a promise for any one opening. Whichever cards you get, they are worth at least the product's mode minimum in N01 value when you open it: the minimum the product page shows for the mode you bought it in, which is never less than 35% of its price. Each card of a single-card pack or Pull is worth that much on its own, and the five cards of a Pack are together, whichever five you get. If you trade them in, the store credit is that value at your level's rate, as the Trade-in section says; within 72 hours of opening, the value used is the value when you drew the card. The price here is the product's listed price; a code, points or a bundle discount doesn't lower it. Store credit is not cash: it is never paid out or transferred. How we make money shows the numbers.
Buying several packs of one kind at once can give a bundle discount (3% off 5 packs and 5% off 10 packs). Bundle and code discounts come out of our fee, never out of the card part.
If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we tell you before we take payment, or cancel the order and refund you in full if we have already taken it.
06Errors and promotional value
Errors. If a technical error or a mistake in our rules lets N01 credit, sell, price or draw something that the rules published on N01 don't allow, we may correct it. For example: a promotion credited more than it should be, a product sold to an account it isn't open to, or a pool built outside its published limits. We may cancel or redo the purchase or draw it affected and give back what you paid for it, or remove the store credit, points or cards that came from the error. We tell you what happened and why, and a person on our team reviews the correction when you ask.
Promotional value. The welcome credit, the Daily Drop and other promotions are not money. What you get from them, and what you get or trade in with it, is personal, can't be paid out or transferred, and may be removed if the promotion was used through an error on our side or in breach of these terms (for example by several accounts held by one person).
07Buying and paying
You can pay by card, through our payment provider Stripe, or from your wallet. A card payment is at least €10. The Sleeve is paid from your wallet only; if your wallet is short, you add at least €20 first, and what is left stays in your wallet.
Every card payment must be confirmed with 3D Secure, the check your bank runs in its own app or page. Apple Pay and Google Pay count as confirmed, because your device checks that it's you. A payment that isn't confirmed is never taken: the hold on your card is released and the order is cancelled.
How an order is made: you choose a product, its mode where it has more than one, and how many (1 to 10). The checkout then shows the total, the card part, the service fee without VAT, the VAT on it, and how your wallet and card will pay. The price is held for 15 minutes while you pay. Until you confirm the payment you can go back, change the product or the number, or stop; nothing is charged. The contract is made in English when the payment succeeds and the product appears in My packs.
Your order page in your account shows what you bought, when, what you paid and how (card, deposited funds, store credit, or points used as a discount). Keep it as your record of the contract; these terms stay on this page under their version, and we send you the version you accepted if you ask.
- New accounts have card payment limits that grow with the account's age.
- The first 7 days after sign-up: up to €1,000 a day, with at most 3 payment cards
- Days 8 to 30 after sign-up: up to €2,500 a day, with at most 3 payment cards
- After 30 days: no limit on the amount, with at most 5 payment cards in any 30 days
- After several failed card payments in a row, card payments pause for a while.
If a card payment reaches us after its order has expired, the money is added to your wallet as deposited funds and you can have it refunded to your card at any time.
08Opening and the draw
A product you buy waits unopened in My packs. There is no time limit for opening it.
When you open it, our server draws the card or cards from the pool version shown on screen at that moment, using a public random number that no one can know in advance. Each draw gets a signed receipt in our public fairness log, and the Fairness page explains how anyone can check it. Nothing about the result is decided on your device.
The pool of a product can change between purchase and opening, for example when card values move. It always follows the rules in the Prices section. Before you open, the page shows the version the draw will use and its odds; if it is not the one you saw when you bought, you can still cancel the product while its refund window is open.
Before a product is opened, you confirm that it opens at once and that, once it is opened, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to it. You can agree at checkout, for every product in that order, or later when you open each one. We keep a record of that confirmation with the time, the terms version and the pool version and odds shown. A confirmation given at checkout covers the pool version shown when you bought; if the pool has changed by the time you open, we ask again. The Withdrawal and refunds page explains what this means.
The opening is an animation of a result already drawn, and it always stops on that card. Other cards from the pool, including valuable ones, pass by for show; which of them pass close says nothing about your chances, which are the odds on the product page. You can skip the animation at any time.
Opening can't be undone, and the cards drawn are final, unless a draw is corrected under Errors and promotional value. If the draw is interrupted, it finishes with the same draw as soon as the service is back.
While a product's pool is being rebuilt, opening may pause for a while. A paused product can be opened once it is back, or cancelled while its refund window is open.
09Card values
Each card has one N01 value: our estimate of the card's price level, based on current offers for the right printing, language and condition (a Near Mint English copy), in euros and updated through the day. Shipping and fees are not included. It sets the pools, the odds, the tiers and trade-in offers.
The N01 value is an estimate built from offers. It is not a claim about completed sales, about the lowest price a copy can be bought for, or about what you could sell the card for elsewhere. It can go up or down after you get the card.
10Your cards
The cards you get are yours. Cards you keep stay with us in your collection, with no storage fee, until you ship them home or trade them in.
Some cards in a pool are already in our stock; others we buy after they are drawn. You always get the card you drew, unless the draw is corrected under Errors and promotional value. If no Near Mint English copy of it can be bought, we offer you an equivalent card or store credit at its full current N01 value with no fee, and you choose which.
You can't send cards, store credit, deposited funds or points to another account, and customers can't sell to each other on N01.
11Trade-in
You can trade in a card from your collection, or every card of a Pack still with you at once, for store credit. You get the card's full N01 value once your account has reached level 5, and 90% of it below level 5, at your account's level when you trade the card in; there is no trade-in fee. A card from a product you bought or claimed before 20 October 2026 always gives its full N01 value.
Within 72 hours of the draw, the value used is the card's value when you drew it. After that it is the current N01 value; if a card has no current value, we can't make an offer until it does.
We show the exact credit before you confirm. A trade-in can't be undone. Bonus cards can be traded in at once, like any other card.
12Singles
A single is one specific card in one printing, which you choose and buy at the price on its page. Singles are English and in Near Mint condition. The price includes VAT and is the same in every country. Singles are sold under the margin scheme for second-hand goods, so the receipt shows no separate VAT.
We set each single's price once a day: the higher of its N01 value plus 10% and what the copy costs us plus 5%. We never list a single for more than 1.25 times its N01 value, or one worth less than €3. A card can go off sale during the day, for example when its value moves or no copy can be had at our price; it comes back once it can be sold again. A price never changes during the day. You pay the price shown when you confirm. How we price singles is also on How we make money.
Some singles are in our stock. Others we buy for you after your order and check by hand; the product page says which, and a single bought for you is ready in about 3–6 weeks. You choose at checkout whether to keep the card in your Vault, with no storage fee, or have it shipped to you, as the Shipping and delivery page says.
If we can't get the card you ordered, we refund what you paid for it in full, with any shipping charge you paid for it, to the way you paid, and tell you by email. We never send another card in its place.
A single you keep with us is yours like any other card: you can ship it home or trade it in. You get the card's full N01 value once your account has reached level 5, and 90% of it below level 5, at your account's level when you trade the card in; there is no trade-in fee. A card from a product you bought or claimed before 20 October 2026 always gives its full N01 value. A single is not a pull, so it doesn't count in your album.
Discount codes don't apply to singles. One account can buy at most 4 copies of the same printing a day, and at most €1,000 a day of singles we buy for you.
You can cancel a single and return it as the Withdrawal and refunds page says.
13Your wallet: deposited funds, store credit and points
Deposited funds are money you add to your wallet by card: at least €20 and at most €500 at a time. They pay for products and shipping, and earn no interest. Deposited funds you haven't spent can be refunded to the card they came from at any time, at no cost: write to support with the amount.
Store credit comes from trade-ins, from points used as a discount, sometimes as compensation, and with a welcome offer. It is spent before deposited funds. It never expires while your account is open, except welcome store credit: store credit given with a welcome offer is spent first and ends after the number of days stated with the offer, and what is left of it then lapses. It can't be withdrawn, paid out, refunded to a card or transferred, and it doesn't pay for shipping. Store credit buys products in our shop: today packs, and singles, sealed products and accessories when we sell them.
Points come as level points: when your account reaches a level, it gets points for the real money it spent from the level before up to that one, 10 points for every €1 (1%). Each level gives its points once, and a refund or a dispute that takes your account back below a level can take its points back. Level points replace cashback from 20 October 2026: a purchase made before then still earns its cashback as the terms it was made under say, and points you already have, from cashback or the Daily Drop, keep working. Points have no cash value and can't be bought, transferred or withdrawn. Each point expires 12 months after you earn it, the oldest first. Points are a discount, never a price: when you pay by card or add funds, you can switch on "Use points" and they take up to 10% off the payment, at 1,000 points to €1. The rules are in the Daily Drop rules.
14Shipping
You can ask us to ship cards from your collection to an address in a country we sell to. Shipping opens once your account has spent €20 of real money: card payments and deposited funds spent on products bought at full price or in a bundle. Until then you can open, keep and trade in cards as usual. Shipping is charged per parcel, shown in full before you confirm, and paid from deposited funds. Charges, holds, tracking and what happens if a parcel is lost are on the Shipping and delivery page, which is part of these terms. The risk stays with us until the parcel reaches you.
15Bonus cards, points and the Daily Drop
The welcome pack and the bonus Sleeve from the Daily Drop are promotions: you don't pay for them. The cards in them are bonus cards. You can keep a bonus card or trade it in at once; like every card, it can be shipped once your account has spent €20 of real money on products bought at full price or in a bundle. What counts is card payments and deposited funds spent on packs bought at full price or in a bundle, a bundle at what you paid for it, each pack once it is opened or its refund window has ended, and on singles, each single once we have the card and its 14-day cancellation period has passed, or once it has been shipped or traded in; deposits alone, discount codes, store credit, cancelled singles and the points part of a payment don't count, and a refund or dispute that takes the account back under that amount closes shipping again until the amount is reached. The welcome pack must be claimed within 365 days of confirming your email. A bonus Sleeve must be claimed within 30 days of the drop.
Before a bonus card is shipped or traded in, we may review the account's activity. The full rules, including the review and its grounds, are in the Daily Drop rules, which are part of these terms. Cards and money you paid for are never affected by them.
16Withdrawal and refunds
You can cancel a product you haven't opened within 14 days of buying it with the Refund button in My packs. Opening a product ends the right of withdrawal for it, after the confirmation described above. Deposited funds can be refunded to your card, store credit can't. The details and the model withdrawal form are on the Withdrawal and refunds page, which is part of these terms.
17Payment disputes
If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us first at support@n01.gg. We look into it and refund you where you are entitled to it.
If you dispute a card payment with your bank (a chargeback), we hold what that payment paid for while the dispute is open: the money left from it, unopened products, and cards it paid for that are still with us. Points from that payment, as cashback or for a level it took your account to, are taken back and aren't given back, whatever the outcome, and the payment stops counting toward opening shipping and your level.
If the dispute is decided in our favour, the hold ends. If it is decided against us, we take back what that payment paid for and is still with us: the money left, unopened products, cards still in your collection, and store credit from trading in those cards. If that doesn't cover the amount returned to you, the rest is a debt you owe us, the account is restricted while it is open, and you can ask us how to settle it. Cards and money you paid for in other ways are not touched.
18Restricting and closing accounts
We may restrict an account, so that it can't buy, deposit, open, trade in, ship or take part in the Daily Drop, only for these reasons:
- we reasonably suspect fraud, or a payment card that isn't yours, for example when a card is already used on another account or more cards are used than the limits allow;
- a payment dispute was decided against you and money is owed;
- the account holder is under 18 or gave false information;
- one person holds several accounts, or accounts act together, to abuse promotions;
- the account is used by automated or scripted means;
- the law or a sanctions rule requires it; or
- a serious breach of these terms.
While an account is restricted you can still sign in and see your cards, products and balances. Write to support@n01.gg and we tell you the reason, unless the law stops us. A person on our team reviews the decision when you ask, and you can give your view. A restriction never takes away cards or money you paid for, except as the Payment disputes section says after a lost dispute; what came from promotional value is covered by the Errors and promotional value section.
Closing your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to support@n01.gg from the account's email. Before we close it, we tell you what is still on it so you can decide: unopened products can be refunded while their refund window is open, cards can be shipped or traded in, and we refund unspent deposited funds to your card. Store credit and points can't be paid out, so spend them first; they end, with locked bonus cards, when the account closes. What we keep after closing, and why, is in the privacy policy.
19What you must not do
Don't use bots, scripts or other automated means on N01. Don't try to break, overload or get around our security, limits or bot checks. Don't use someone else's payment card or account, give false information, or use N01 for anything unlawful.
20Our responsibility
We are responsible for delivering what you buy as described, and for the cards we ship being the cards you drew, in English and in Near Mint condition. You have every right consumer law gives you. Under Swedish law you can complain about a fault for up to three years after delivery; tell us within a reasonable time after you notice it, and we replace the card or, if we can't, refund you as the law requires.
We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as a failure of the public random number service or a postal strike. In those cases we finish the draw, delivery or refund as soon as we can. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
The site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance.
21N01 in beta
N01 is in beta: we are still building it. Features, limits, levels and promotions can change, and we may pause a product or a promotion at short notice to fix a problem. A change to these terms always follows the Changes to these terms section.
22Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for a valid reason, such as a change in the law, in our services or in how a feature works. We tell you about a change on the site and by email before it applies, at least 15 days ahead when it is to your disadvantage.
Each account stores the version of the terms it accepted. You accept a new version at your next purchase or deposit. If you don't want to, you can stop buying, ship or trade in your cards, have unspent deposited funds refunded and close your account. A change never applies to a purchase already made.
23Complaints and the law
Contact us first at support@n01.gg. We answer as soon as we can and aim to resolve every complaint within 30 days.
If we can't agree, you can take the dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We take part in ARN's process and follow its recommendations. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you with a complaint against a Swedish trader.
Swedish law applies to these terms. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country. You can bring a claim in the courts of Sweden or of the country where you live, and we can bring a claim against you only in the courts of the country where you live.
These terms are in English, and the English text applies. If one clause is invalid, the others still apply. We send notices to the email on your account and show them in your account.
